It’s time for another Jars of Clay song, brought to you by Great Worship Songs. Written by Dan Haseltine, Charlie Lowell, Stephen Mason and Matt Odmark, “Benediction” is a peaceful and simple tune, perfect for the closing of any service. Featuring a vocal appearance Amy Grant, “Benediction” encourages the church to “go into the world, showing how much He loves you.” These lyrics speak strongly of Christ’s Great Commission, making this song a great fit for services centered around missions as well.

“Benediction” is another song for which we brought in Dan and Steve from Jars of Clay to make a teaching video. You can view it here.
