The Dove-award and Grammy-award winning band, Jars of Clay released their latest album today, Jars of Clay Presents The Shelter, and we at Great Worship Songs are thrilled to share with you these amazing new songs. A community-minded, collaborative project, Jars of Clay Presents The Shelter features guest appearances from some of Christian music’s top artists – such as Brandon Heath, Mac Powell, David Crowder, Amy Grant and Mike Donehey from Tenth Avenue North.
As described on the band’s website, “Jars of Clay Presents The Shelter is a collection of 11 songs written, produced, and performed by Jars of Clay along with a community of artists whose authentic voices have greatly influenced the cultural landscape. These songs celebrate the fullness of a life poured out as part of the community of God and illuminate our great privilege as the means through which God loves his people. ‘It is in the shelter of each other the people will live.’ ”
